We are currently just Anchor in the Store Bay in Tobago. The 90 nautical miles of Grenada here were windy, wet, and anything but relaxed Caribbean sailing, 24 hours we have needed for passage. sail against the wind and currents were not fun, especially when the wind again and again to over 35 knots and increasing. Instead we have here on the way to our first tuna caught! With a lot of wind and always escorted by dolphins, we went through the night to Tobago. Here it is beautiful, since we are at anchor again the sun is shining and the weather invites really going for a swim. But after the first arrival was announced einklarieren once. So we are with the dinghy through the surf surf at the beach and drove from there to Scarbourgh. The taxi system here in Trinidad and Tobago is similar to Cape Verde. Yesterday we were in the nature reserve Pidgeon Point. Pidgeon Point is a spit of white sand beaches and thousands of palm trees right behind a large reef, the Buccoo Reef, the dive and snorkel to invites. Today, it is unfortunately on again, as Lilly's return flight on 22 is from Trinidad back to Germany. Last night we received two other sailors who are on their boat next to us at anchor some useful information about Trinidad. Despite that Trinidad and Tobago is a country we have to ausklarieren here on the island and in einklarieren Chaguramas, Trinidad again. So now it's first visit to the city authorities. We want to stay a few days in Trinidad and the island Chacachacare and then either direct sailing to the ABC islands or to have made a stop in Venezuela.
